Agents are your spies. They carry out covert operations — spying, sabotage, bombing enemy targets, bribery, and more.

Your chance of success at a covert operation depends on how many agents you have compared to the target. More agents give you a better chance.

Keeping many agents also protects you. It lowers the chance that enemy covert operations against you succeed.

Agents do not fight in normal battles. Build a network of them if you plan to fight a secret war. See the Covert Operations topic for what they can do.
