Bombers are delivery aircraft. They have no attack or defense strength of their own — an offense of 0 and a defense of 0 — and their only job is to carry payloads.

Missiles and interplanetary bombings need bombers to deliver them. Without enough bombers, you cannot launch those attacks.

In a normal attack, your bombers first destroy the enemy jets that are on the ground, which weakens the enemy's next strike.

Bombers add a large amount to your net worth, so a fleet of them raises your score as well as your reach.
