Ligen und Inter-BBS-Spiel

Manche Spiele verbinden viele Boards zu einer Welt. Ihr Ziel wächst vom Sieg über die lokalen Herrscher zum Sieg über andere Planeten.

• Gruppenangriff — mehrere Herrscher Ihres Boards schließen sich zu einem Schlag gegen einen fernen Feind zusammen. Die Beute wird nach Beitrag geteilt.
• Indiv. Attack Force — your own strike against one named baron. You keep the whole take rather than sharing it, and you choose how to press the attack (see Attack Types).
• IP-Punkte — sehen, wie die Boards zueinander stehen.
• Send Message — write to another planet. Name the planet, then pick which barons on it should read the letter, using the same Send to: list the Diplomacy and message screens use here: a letter marks a baron, the same letter again takes them off, Z marks everyone, ? shows the planet's roster, and Enter opens the editor. Enter with nobody marked leaves without sending. The other four items address the whole league, your allied planets, several planets you name, or one planet's Coordinator alone. A reply asks whether it is public: yes and the sender's whole planet reads it, no and only the baron who wrote does. If your board has not yet received that planet's scores, there is no roster to pick from and the letter goes to everyone there.
• Diplomacy List — where your board says it stands with each other planet. It binds nobody, but it is your Coordinator telling you who to watch.
• Travel Times — how long a message or a strike actually takes to reach each planet and get an answer back. Boards trade mail on their sysops' schedule, so check it before you aim anything: against a planet three days away, you are committing forces you will not hear about until the weekend.

Five of these items are shut until you have played a turn this visit: Send Trade Deal, Create Group Attack, Join Group Attack, Indiv. Attack Force and Special Operations. Anything that moves forces or goods costs you a turn first. The bank, your messages, the scores and the terrorist ops stay open, and once you have started a turn the whole menu is open for the rest of your visit.

Your BBS Coordinator

The barons on your own board elect one of their number Coordinator, and the Coordinator speaks for the board: they set where it stands with each other planet, and they alone can call off a doomsday weapon. Vote from the System menu, under Coordinator Vote. Any living realm can be voted for, yourself included, and you may change your mind whenever you like — the office goes to whoever holds the most votes at the time.

You cannot vote while your realm is still under new-realm protection, and the item is not on the menu until that ends — though the notice below will already be naming your vote.

Every turn opens by telling you whether you hold the office or who your vote is currently for, so you never have to go looking.
