Bomb Trade Routes

Bomb Trade Routes is an InterPlanetary operation, on the Special Operations menu. It hits the trade deals in transit across another planet. Most strikes come to nothing and some deals slip through, but a deal the bombers reach arrives all but empty — only a few percent of every good in it is left. Standing treaties are not touched.

A deal is spared when the two realms trading it hold Protective Trade with each other. Your own agreements with the target count for nothing here, so a partner can bomb you as easily as an enemy can.
