Bomb Trade Routes

Bomb Trade Routes is an InterPlanetary operation on the Special Operations menu. It hits the trade deals in transit on another planet. Most runs are driven off before they reach that planet. A run that gets through hits about two deals in three. A deal the bombers reach loses a few percent of every good it is sending, gold included. What the deal asks for in return is not touched, and neither are standing treaties. Both realms trading a deal that was hit are told how much it lost.

A deal is spared when the two realms trading it hold Protective Trade with each other. Your own agreements with the target count for nothing here, so a partner can bomb you as easily as an enemy can.
