HeadQuarters

Your HeadQuarters is the command center of your army. It is a one-time building project that advances a little each turn until it is complete.

While it is being built — and more so once it is finished — it raises how much your tanks add to both attack and defense. Enemies can bomb your HeadQuarters with covert operations to weaken your tanks.
