Covert Operations

Covert operations are secret missions run by your agents. Your chance of success depends on how many agents you have compared to the target. More agents give you a better chance. Keeping many agents also protects you, because it lowers the chance that enemy operations against you succeed.

When an operation fails, your agent is caught and lost, and the target may be warned. The operations are secret, so the report the victim sees does not name you.

Each operation has its own topic. The bombing operations also need Bombers to deliver their payloads.

The Covert Operations menu appears during your turn, after the Attack menu. If you do not see it, turn on "Visit Covert Menu" in the Preferences menu.
