Doomer Kaboomer

The Doomer Kaboomer is the ultimate weapon, aimed at a whole enemy planet rather than one empire. The whole board funds it, and only one can exist at a time. It takes a few days to build, then strikes every empire on the target planet. Defenders can send jets to shoot it down before it finishes.
